I lead programmes of work conducting research and development of products and services, and the strategies to bring them to market. I explore customer behaviours, needs and aspirations to drive effective solutions, ensuring the products delivered are consistent with those insights.
I’ve worked across Human Centred Design including Product Design Leadership, Design Research, Product Strategy, and built award-winning user-experience and design teams internationally. I hold a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from University College London.
Living and working (mostly remotely) between rural Aotearoa New Zealand and the EU, I take on large and small senior advisory and hands-on strategic design engagements for clients globally, providing contract and fixed-term design services to organisations, teams or individuals.
I'm happy interviewing customers, planning and facilitating C-level strategy workshops, evaluating designs in testing, as well as whiteboarding and prototyping design ideas within a team. I help build, and ship, but only with other people. I respect teamwork and the expertise of my teammates. I value working with those who do too.
If my skills can help you out of a bind or turn some thinking into reality, feel free to get in touch or learn more about my work.
